Ade date dengan my friend and her hubby at Sri Maya today…

Diorang ni just came back from Durban, South Africa. Sejak diorang balik, kitorang ni masih belum jumpa lagi walaupun rumah sekangkang kera ajer… !! And realling missing to see her little daughter, Iris Imanee. So cute !!!  Bila sebut Iris ajer, an idea came rushing to my brain !! She loves chocolate !! (who don’t rite ??! Except some people who unfortunately had developed allergic towards it !! Unlucky you !!)

So where is Durban, South Africa ??

         

                    

Durban ni, boleh considered a mordern city. Barang makanan pun mahal juga…. tapi pemandangannya cantik sungguh… !!





So, dah taulah kan kat mana Durban sekarang ni ?? Cantik tak ??
Dah jauh terdivert lak !!!!
Ok, back to  what type of chocolates bak buat ni ?? Truffles ??!! I don’t think so… karang tak leh tido plak Si Iris malam ni…. And at last I teringatkan Si BROWNIE ni…

Maulidur Rasul Peringkat Sekolah KAFA

 

Sambutan Maulidur Rasul peringkat sekolah KAFA telah berlangsung pagi tadi. So, yesterday my Haneef pun sibuklah tunjukkan surat and said,

“ Mama, please bake something for me tomorrow okay.” And handed me this memo from his KAFA school.

 

 

Ermmmm… what should I bake ?? I have so many orders for my truffles !! Takkan nak bagi truffles kannn ?? Bukan berkira, tak nak buat , or what laaa, but kids dengan chocolate ?? Sure they’ll be spinning like hell gasing  kat sekolah tu nanti, tak duduk diam. They all should eat something healthy and mengenyangkan, betul tak ??!!

So, kids love HOTDOG rite ??!!  Sausage Rolls tu pun bukanlah junk food and since the Makcik Kantin pun biasa jual Sausage Rolls ni, I came up with the idea of making MINI SAUSAGE ROLLS for FREE !!

 

And if you all notice, I ade letak stiker at the plastic.  I googled for  free clipart  !!!  Then cam biasalah copy & paste kat Words.

 

 

Finally put some wording, print it out and taaadaaa……

 

I made about 100++  MINI SAUSAGE ROLLS .

But I gave him about 80 pieces for my Haneef to bring to the school.

The other 20++ mini sausage rolls tu memang untuk our breakfast pagi tadi….. hehehhe… yummmmyyyy !!! Pandai tak Mama ??!!

Travelling Checklist

Entry kali ni berkenaan dengan percutian… Seronok tak bila nak pi bercuti.. ??? Mestilahkan..!!  Sekarang ni pulak Airasia tengah buat jualan murah… Memang murah gegiler… Tapi rasanya, tahun ni takpi mana mana kot sebab hujung tahun nanti kami akan berpindah ke rumah baru. Insya Allah… Memang banyak nak pakai ongkosnya !!!




Back to this topic…. Tapi apabila dah nak sampai masanya untuk pi bercuti, rasa cam panik..!! Ehh tu tak siap, yang ni belum dipack, rations belum beli, baju sejuk tak muat bag dan bermacam macam lagi….
So, apa solutionnya ??

Yang pastinya mesti ade CHEKLIST !! Lebih specific:

                         

Traveling Checklist

1.  1 week before pergi bercuti kita mesti make sure item item ni telah dikenal pasti dan confirm.

• Pakaian/Coat or Jacket/Jenis kasut
• Toiletries
• Medications/Ubatan
• Travel Insurance – boleh cover lost baggage
• Passport & Visa
• Airplane tickets
• Hotel’s Reservation
• Car Rental confirmation
• International Adapter
• Food supplies/Food Rations
• CASH in Foreign Currency, Travellers Check,

2. 2 days before berlepas, item item diatas dah boleh simpan dalam luggage (yang nak dimasukkan dalam perut airplane).

3. Dalam hand luggage pula anda hanya perlu letak barang2 yang praktikal sahaja, supaya anda tidak lenguh nak membawanya jikalau jalan menuju ke departure hall / arrival hall adalah jauh.  Memadai dengan membawa :

• Passport / Visa
• Travel Insurance
• Airplane Tickets
• Car Rental Confirmation
• Hotel Reservation
• 1 or 2 Books
• Guide Book/Map
• Transportation map – MTR, LRT, Metro, Bus link.

3.  1 day before bercuti, tentu dah rasa overexcited… Masa ni lah selalunya kita buat kesilapan !! Kesilapan mengikut pengalaman.

• Lupa bagitau newspaperman, jangan hantar newspaper selama misalannya 7 hari. – Newspaper yang berlambak kat depan rumah boleh menjadikan rumah anda  idaman setiap “pencuri/perompak”.
• Kosongkan sedikit barang makanan dalam fridge/freezer – Jikalau berlaku ribut dan petir dan elektrik dirumah anda terputus sendiri boleh menyebabkan bahan makanan tadi menjadi rosak dan berbau busuk…. Cuci 1 minggu pun belum tentu hilang baunya especially kalau ade ikan, ayam or daging.
• Terlupa mencabut semua electrical appliances dari plug. – Sangat merbahaya dan boleh rosak teruk jika berlaku litar pintas ketika hujan atau petir.
• Jangan lupa simpan barangan berharga di bank atau sesiapa yang anda percayai.
• Jangan lupa bagitau kengkawan ataupun keluarga terdekat tentang percutian anda. Jikalau berlaku sesuatu kepada anda, tak de seorang pun yang akan mencari anda…!!
